Salt e Sugar

In Paul's
kitchen a sugar bowl and a salt bowl are placed side by
side.
These two
containers have the same size, the same shape and their
contents reach the same level.
Paul, who
is a bit of joker, takes a full spoon of sugar from the
sugar bowl and puts it into the salt bowl. Then he mixes
the whole.
On hearing
his mother's coming, quickly he puts a spoon of this mixture
in the sugar bowl, in order to have the same level in each
of the containers.
Is there
now more salt in the sugar bowl than sugar in the salt bowl?
Explain your answer.
